What is Auto-Delivery?
Auto-Delivery is a convenient way to receive repeat deliveries of your favourite pet products. Based on the frequency and duration you choose at checkout, your orders will arrive on schedule—no need to reorder manually!
How do I pay for Auto-Delivery?
Your payment details are securely stored, and you’ll be charged for each delivery as it’s processed. Alternatively, you can choose to pay in advance.
Can I make changes to my Auto-Delivery?
Yes! After your first two orders (the one you’re placing and the next scheduled delivery), you can update or cancel your subscription anytime. Use the link in your order confirmation emails to manage your subscription. Check our Returns Policy for details on refunds and returns.
How do I set up Auto-Delivery?
It’s easy! Select ‘Auto-Delivery’ instead of ‘One-Off Purchase’ when adding a product to your cart. Choose your preferred frequency, then check out as usual.

How do I update my Auto-Delivery?

Absolutely. After your first two orders, you can cancel anytime by logging into your account and selecting “Cancel.” You’re welcome to reactivate it whenever you like.
What happens if a product in my Auto-Delivery is out of stock?
If an item isn’t available, our customer service team will contact you with alternative options or offer a refund.
What if my Auto-Delivery payment doesn’t go through?
If a payment fails, we’ll notify you by email. Once resolved, we’ll retry the payment and ship your order as soon as it’s processed.
Is there a price guarantee?
We’ll send an email a week before your scheduled delivery to confirm the current price. This keeps you informed of any changes since your last order.

Not necessarily. If the item is still on sale when your order is processed, you’ll get the discounted price. If the sale has ended, the item will be charged at its regular price.
